Application
Cut the tattoos down to size, peel off the protective cover and stick onto your skin in position. Using a sponge soak the sponge in water and saturate the transfer. Gently peel of the backing and if you can see the tattoo has stuck to the skin carry on peeling it away. If the tattoo doesn’t appear stuck then apply more water until you can easily peel the backing away.
Blend around the tattoo with glitter and pop that pout with a coat of our dark burgundy matte liquid lipstick in vamp .
