UK Shipping –
• In the UK we use the Royal Mail for deliveries.
• Orders dispatches by the Royal Mail are NOT tracked.
• Standard delivery – all orders will be prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible (Monday – Friday ), which means that you should receive your order within 5 working days from the date it was dispatched, including on a Saturday.
• £3.50 for 5 working day delivery .
• We will try our best to make sure that all delivery times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

European Shipping –
• We ship from Ibiza to all European countries via www.correos.es ( Spanish postal service).
• Please allow a maximum of 15 days for delivery .
• Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you do not receive your order 15 days after it is dispatched.

If the goods are to be rejected, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure by emailing Kiss My Fairy (email@example.com) to notify their intention to return any goods.
In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the date of delivery of the products. The Customer must notify Kiss My Fairy within 30 days of delivery and return the product before the refund can be issued.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you within 14 days if you are entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction (where we are not at fault), the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund of the goods less any postage costs). We must be informed of your want to return within 14 days of the postage date.
The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and any free gifts/samples received. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until there return to Kiss My Fairy. Kiss My Fairy will consider that the Customer has not taken reasonable care if the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use. Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Customer’s returned products.
Deposit payments are non refundable. We understand your plans might change so please give us 48 hours notice if you’d like a different appointment time, a change of service or a change to your party size. We do get busy so we need plenty of notice to accommodate your requirements.
If you have booked in for a hair up please wash your hair the night before and have dry hair for your appointment. We need the hair not to be greasy or to soft and silky. If you arrive with wet hair you will be charged half the fee of a blow dry on top of your hair up.
Our team are quite often booked with other clients after your appointments so please be arrive promptly for your appointment.
For mobile appointments we require payment in full one week before the appointment date please.
If you need to make a cancellation please do this prior to paying in full.
We value our make up and hair artists time so please understand we don’t accept cancellations for mobile appointments after payment has been made in full.
Please be aware we will need space by plug sockets in your holiday home and with good natural light to set up.
If you have booked in for a blow dry then please be ready for your appointment with your hair washed and left wet.
If you have booked in for a hair up please wash your hair the night before and have dry hair for your appointment. We need the hair not to be greasy or to soft and silky. If your hair is wet and you have a hair up or dry styling appointment you will be charged half the fee of a blow dry on top of your hair up/dry styling.
